Jan is an experienced nursing leader and clinical expert in healthcare. She has a passion for advancing nursing practice and improving patient outcomes. Jan excels in change management and implementation science. She has demonstrated a history of building departments with common vision and strategic direction, building a culture of self-direction, and engaging employee’s talents for professional growth.
Jan has been a nurse over 34 years, she received her PhD in 2007 from Indiana University. She has over 70 publications and has given numerous presentations both nationally and internationally.
She’s a known expert in critical care, trauma, nutrition and nursing practice.
